HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete the required forms:

   • AC-05 – Player Registration & GRSA ID Card Application

   • AC-06 – Player Acknowledgements, Consents & Declarations

2. Email the completed forms together with the following documents:

   • A copy of the player's birth certificate

   • A passport-style player photo

Please note: A player is only considered fully registered once all forms, supporting documents, and the online registration have been completed. No registration, no play.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete the required documents:

   • AC-01 – Club / Team Registration

   • AC-02 – Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

   • AC-04 – Membership Bylaws

2. Prepare all supporting documents listed in AC-01.

3. Email all completed forms and supporting documents to: registrations@yaffl.co.za
